- At Whole Foods, whole boneless turkey thighs are $2 cheaper per pound than ground turkey thighs (sold as "ground dark meat"). If you happen to have a meat grinder, this is a drastic cost savings and works beautifully for meatloaf or meatballs.
- Burger King's remaining stores with play structures are not younger toddler-friendly at all. They're designed for ages 4+ and don't even have an open slide. Bummer.
- On the bright side, Burger King is currently selling "cheesy bites," which are actually knock-offs of Risotto Balls. I'm sure the nutrition content is questionable, but they're pretty tasty and were toddler-approved as a "once-in-a-great-while you've-been-a-very-good-little-girl" snack. At the very least, they sort of make-up for the lack of an indoor slide.
